Psychiatric epidemiology is the study of how mental and substance use disorders occur at the population level, including their incidence, prevalence, distribution, and burden, among other key features. Our lab works closely with collaborators to improve our understanding of mental health at the population level, to design better mental health systems, and mitigate burden.
