This is a 1-year collaborative project between the UBC Department of Psychiatry and the UBC Data Science Institute, funded by the Canadian Institute of Health Research. The project aims to use machine learning methods to predict the risk of mental health and substance use impacts of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) on people in BC, and to target services to prevent, treat, and mitigate these harms.
